Fathers Day 2012

I almost forgot to post this cute pic of P.  Can't you see the excitement in his eyes on Father's Day.  We did a whole lot of "nothing" around the house that day.  Jeremy has to be one of the hardest people to buy presents for, because he has more "crap" than anybody I know, and he seriously never needs another tool.  HE HAS THEM ALL.  That is another story for another day.  So, Pierson and I headed to the good ole Home Depot and bought daddy a bug zapper....and he simply laughed when he opened it.  Good times.

The dreaded Chuck E Cheese's

A few weekends ago, we ventured over to Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party for P's soon to be cousin, Celina.  Jeremy made me promise him years ago that we would never have a party there for P!  Haha.  Seriously that place is crazy.  We might possibly eat our words later, but for now I am sticking to never having a party there for P.  He was still fairly small for most of the games, but he had a good time anyway!

Mom and Dad's 40th

A couple weekends ago we celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary.  Their anniversary is actually on Pierson's birthday (June 3rd).  Everyone was super busy throughout the month of June, therefore, Eric and I (and our spouses) had a little surprise get together for them at our house the last weekend of June.  We catered in Mexican food and had family over from both sides to help celebrate.  We had a total of about 25 people.  It was a great time.  It is amazing to think that they have been married for that long.  What a great example of what a marriage should be like.  Sadly, I didn't take a lot of pictures because I was too busy being the hostess with the mostest.  For the record, Eric did help...kind of :)  He called to make sure I had everything done..hehe.  Adisyn was excited because she got to pick out the colors for the flowers on the cake.
