Primrose

Pierson's time at Primrose has come to an end.  We just love the school and are so thankful for all of the time and energy that the teachers put into our sweet boy.  Most importantly, we are forever grateful for Mrs. Craig.  She is nothing short of amazing!!

Hallie refused to stand by her brother for a picture!  After the first day of school, he went with me to pick Hallie up and he ran directly to Mrs. Craig's room to give he a hug  :)

Summer Fun

I didn't post many pictures after 4th of July so I am just going to have to do one giant post to catch up.  I was terrible about my kids baby books, so I try my hardest to keep up with this so they have something to look back on one day!

We really did have a fun summer.  The kids were able to spend a lot of time with their grandparents, cousins and friends.  We didn't do much traveling but we are hoping to take a fun vacation next summer!

 I put the below pic on FB, and mom asked me who the boy was in the pic with Pierson.  HAHA

The kids spent a lot of time with their grandparents.  I think they wanted to get in as much time as they could with Pierson before Kinder started. 


My kids think they have to go to Flight Deck every time they go to my parents.....so of course Dot Dot and Big Dave take them!  Pierson has become quite brave doing flips, etc.  Those are always fun videos to watch when my dad sends them.

One weekend Dot Dot took Pierson to see a movie so Big Dave and Hallie went to Lowes to ride tractors and to Target.  They picked out Pierson a new Lego set, and Hallie got a Care Bear (Surprise Bear).  My parents still have all of the ones I had as a child, so Hallie of course needed one to bring home with her. 

The below pic makes me laugh.  My parents house has always been spotless.  I would eat off of their floor.  When Pierson and Hallie come over, this is what happens!

Pretty girl is so excited about her new purchase.  She also had to throw "Candy Bear" in as well from Build A Bear!

Pretty sure Pierson is telling Big Dave how to put the set together!

My parents took Pierson for a late bday adventure to Legoland.  They picked him up from school one day and surprised him!

And...he ended up with this Lego set that had to be put together the minute he walked in the door :)

They always get in park time with Dot Dot and Big Dave....

We went to the Donut store way to many times this summer...

Did lots of bike riding....

And swimming...

Mommy and son date to see The Secret Life of Pets...

Had lunch with one of my best friends from college...

Went to bass pro to "drive the boats"....

JoJo and Papaw took everyone to the circus.....

Hallie was perfectly fine seeing the clowns from a distance...but this child is terrified of them.  One could be walking by and not even looking at her and she will SCREAM.
