First Day of School 2017/2018

Pierson and Hallie started back to school on August 21st.  I say it every year, but it is hard to believe that Pierson is in the 1st Grade!!

The Friday before school we had meet the teacher, and we were thrilled that P got Mrs. Bennett.

Hallie is attending her last year at Primrose and is in their Private Kinder class.  We were thrilled that she got into this class, as this little one needs to be challenged (to keep her busy..and maybe out of trouble...a little).  :)

She was not thrilled that she had to go to the "baby school" while Pierson got to go back to Elementary!

And...mommy might have made this to view the solar eclipse.  Ha

Summer 2017

We had such a fun summer.  This was my first summer to not be working and we took full advantage.  We had lots of busy...and some lazy days!!

We spent a lot of time in the pool.  My awesome friend Alissa taught Hallie...along with some other girls from church how to swim!

Hallie had to take a swim test in order to go down these slides.  She ended up doing the test and passed.  She was pretty nervous, but she was thrilled to be able to go down the slides!

We got confirmation that Pierson is allergic to every tree an grass in existence...

 wrote letters to Peppa Pig at the library...

National Crayon day (I think).  The Shops at Willowbend has a Crayola Experience being built so they had big coloring books and crayons for kids one day.

The kids slept till at least 8 everyday.  It was awesome!

It was busy, but so much fun!  So thankful I was able to spend the entire summer home with them and not have to focus on a schedule for once!!
