We brought Pierson home from the hospital, and we were lucky enough to have Dot Dot stay with us for several days, and then Jeremy's parents came and stayed a night with us as well. It was such a big help. I will not lie..the first few weeks were very hard, but this little man has been well worth it. On a side note....Jeremy is the biggest help, and is soooooo good at being a daddy (just comes natural to him).
Since bringing Pierson home...he has had his share of names such as, Master P, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Squirts, Squirty, Pumpkin Butt, Pumpkin Pie, and Buckaroo. However, the one that has stuck the most is Squirts. Let me tell you--this boy can squirt some poos out :). Or it could possibly be what his momma is eating--lol. Jeremy happily thought of this name and takes great pride in calling him this. I am now making it a point to call him by his actual name, so he does not feel so tormented.
Anyhow, this little dude is growing like a weed. At two weeks he weighed 9 lbs, 2 oz as shown in the below pic (its not that great...but it gets the point across).
After his doc visit daddy just had to have some OTB, and was so excited for this to be P's first restaurant to go to. (Jeremy LOVES to go there---not sure why though)
We have spent time at JoJo's and Papaws, or Grandma and Grandpa, Jeremy's parents. There is still currently a debate as to what they will be called. (Side Note-please do not be blinded by my "whiteness" in the pics. No I do not have a tan, and will not have a tan until next year)
Squirts sure seems to enjoy his bath time so far. He was a little over two weeks old in the below pics.
Pierson absolutely LOVES to sit with his daddy on the couch. I just love the below pic of them...so sweet (one month old)
At P's 4 week visit he weighed in at 10 lbs 2 oz (63%) and was 22 3/4 inches long (90%), head was 15 1/2 inches (79%). I have a pic of him on the scale, but the darn thing will not upload.
Here I am waiting for Dr. Schwartz to come see me!!
My two month pic...I was very happy this day :)
The rest of the pics are just random from his first few months here. We just love this little guy so much. It is hard to imagine life without him.
he is definately a keeper! Love him!!! He is just adorable sue!
