Halloween 2014

I tried my HARDEST to get a good pic of the kids together...much less alone and it was not happening.  They both refuse to sit still.  We went to the Fall Festival at church one Sunday afternoon and it was so hot, so Pierson was a half dressed firefighter and Hallie went as a football player.  I refused to put her in her Dorothy costume as I knew she would want to play while we were there...plus it was hot. 

Pierson now asks us every Sunday when we are leaving church if we are going to go home and change and then come back for the fall festival.  Funny. 

 

 

 Next up was the kids Fall Festival at school.  The teachers decorated pumpkins and here are a few.  I thought they did a really good job.

Pierson and Hallie were getting tired so we left around 745ish and headed home.  Primrose does a great job with this event and the kids had fun!!

On Halloween it was getting chilly.  Pierson was good to go in his costume, but we had to add some layers to Hallie..

Our neighborhood had a TON of kids this year, presumably because all of the houses have been built.  Both kids did a great job and actually walked probably about a mile total and had so much fun.  Hallie would follow P up to every door.  Pierson would let people put candy in his pumpkin and would then put his hand in their candy to get some for "sissy".  He didn't understand that they would give to her as well.  Sweet boy!!
