No More Diapers!!

We are officially a diaper free household.  Yeah!!  We decided one day after work on a Friday (about a month ago) that we were going to start with Hallie the next morning.  Saturday and Sunday she had MANY pee accidents but would poop on the potty.  I was planning on doing the three day method with her like we did with Pierson, but we had to work on Monday  So, we sent her to school, and she has been doing well since that time.

She loves to say "I go potty"  "I get prize".  Unfortunately, Pierson helps himself to a "prize" which is M&Ms every time she goes to the bathroom.  We are slowly getting away from that reward :)

 I know the neighbors love this...

Jeremy and I both keep one of these in the back of our car.  It never fails as we drive down the road she says "I go potty".  However, on this day the potty somehow ended up in the front seat.  Don't judge me :)

Took a break to hug our neighbor.  She loves her!!

Hallie does not let ANYONE go to the restroom by themselves.  So...why not hang out and stare at Pierson while he is going??

We are so proud of Hallie!!  However, it does get a little frustrating when she says "I go potty", and then we say "okay..lets go", and she says "no, I went potty".  Like...not in her pants, but she is just reminding us that she recently went.  This kid...

 

I don't think Jeremy is enjoying the part of having to take her to the restroom out in public.  He says the restrooms are gross.  Um...have you seen the women's restroom?  He went and purchased some covers for the potty, but Hallie will have nothing to do with them.  She keeps us on our toes!!
