Other Chrstmas Festivities....

We headed to Tyler the weekend before Christmas......and I didn't take many pics :(

On the way home, we did get this lovely pic...

I don't know how I didn't get any pics of Hallie with Delaney.  She LOVES her.  Its funny, because Delany used to love me when I lived with them in my college days....  As a matter of fact, if you ask her today I am still considered her favorite cousin.  :)

We also got together with some our very best neighbors and even better friends, the McBurney's and let the kiddos exchange gifts.  The pics pretty much sum up my kids....

We made some very delicious cookies for Santa....

We went to Papaws and Mamaw JoJo's church in Sanger one evening to watch "The Drama".  Papaw played the part of one of the Wise Men and well as the Innkeeper.  It was a great play.  I am glad the kids were not with us because I think it would have been way to deep for Pierson.  He asks a lot of questions (which is good), but I think this might have been a little much for him.

Jeremy and I rotate every other year...either in Fort Worth with my dads side of the family or to his grandparent's house in Carrollton.  This was the year to be in Fort Worth.  Uortunately, we don't see everyone nearly enough, but we sure do enjoy our time together.  The kids had fun playing, and my children might have eaten every pistachio in that house.  I had no idea they liked them so much!

The kids were excited to get home and in bed so they could wake up and see what Santa brought them.  Luckily Santa didn't have to stay up too late.....

Next up...Christmas at home and then JoJo and Papaw's.

Christmas w/ Dot Dot and Big Dave

We had Christmas with Dot Dot and Big Dave a couple weekends before Christmas.  As always, they spoiled everyone.  Pierson and Hallie both really enjoyed Christmas this year.  It was so fun to see just how excited Pierson would get.

Funny story...during Thanksgiving at my parent's house, Pierson found two of his Christmas gifts from my parents.  Sneaky little boy...he was told not to look in there after the first time.  In true Dot Dot and Big Dave fashion, they let him keep one.
