DotDot & Big Dave's

My parents decided on Monday that they would take the kids for a couple days.  No complaints here.  They picked them up from school and they had so much fun while they were there.  Big Dave should have retired a long time ago!!

First up the mall and ice cream

Next up was the trampoline park....

Then a little swimming with Jake and Drew at Louise's house

Then a little swimming at the club...

As always, the kids had a blast and came home exhausted.  Mommy and Daddy enjoyed a couple nights to ourselves during the week which was sort of strange.  But we managed to make it by.  Ha

Swimming

Pierson has really taken off with swimming recently, and we are so proud of him.  He had swim lessons last summer and this summer and some days he liked it and others he just wanted to cry.  He loves to dive for toys.  However, he hasn't figured out how to push himself down head first so we always have to push him down to get the toys.  He is really having fun!!

Jeremy and I took off one day an took the kids to one of the rec centers in Carrollton which was absolutely perfect for their age.

Randoms

This pretty much describes Hallie perfectly!!

Pierson always comes to say hi to Hallie when both of their classes are outside.

Pierson had a royal feast at school, which he thought was so fun!

The kids absolutely love when we have the opportunity to watch any of the neighbor's dogs.  This week it was Peanut.

This superhero is beginning to not like naps :(  I was hoping that even though he is 4 he would still take them.  I am beginning to lose my battle.

Which results in this around 330-4pm.

I tell ya....this one has it rough.  She gets about 30 minutes to an hour a day to enjoy watching videos on her tablet.  We downloaded Youtube Kids, and she loves it.  It amazes me how she just flips though there like she has been doing it for years, and picks what she wants to watch.  She actually seems to enjoy the learning ones the most.  I'll take it!!
