Summer Catch Up

Pierson is usually my super sweet kiddo, but he wasn't having any of Hallie's hugs one morning before church.

We took the kids to see Minions one Saturday morning.  Sadly, this was Pierson's first movie and he loved it.  Hallie on the other hand....lets just say we wasted $10 dollars on my ticket and hers.  She would have rather walked around the movie theatre.  Luckily we were at Stonebriar Mall, so she and I went shopping instead.  However....she had to have her popcorn first.

I'm thinking we may have made the "People of Wal-Mart" calendar....

A few more pics from the school...

This cute little thing is still quite the drama queen.  She gets mad if we give her the wrong cup, she gets mad if I go to the bathroom, she gets mad if we pick out the wrong clothes, she gets mad if you look at her the wrong ay etc.  You get my point.  Goodness she continues to keep us on our toes.  A few of her favorite things to say right now are "see I told you", "don't touch me", "I don't want you", "okay mommy".    Her daddy is still her very favorite person in the world an she still adores her brother when she is not throwing his toys.  Ha

Another Sunday on the way to church...

 She enjoys being naked  :)

Smores...

I told Jeremy the other day that this sweet kiddo is maturing right before our eyes.  Everyday he says things that I feel like a 10 year old would say.  He has many many questions and if it was in the past, he always says "well I did that when I was 3".  He loves his sister and is always looking out for her.  He wants her around all the time....even though she throws his toys.  He is OBSESSED with "little legos" right now.  That is all he wants to do.  He has built some interesting things, and is having such fun with them.  I think I know what Santa will bring this year.

Some of his questions (I don't want to forget these)
Why can't we see God?
Where is heaven?
How do I get there?
Is it above the clouds?
Will he take care of us when we get there?...
What about the lego Gods?

Recent convo with this kid....
Me: "Mommy is going to melt from the rain because I'm so sweet"
Pierson: "but would Jesus make you again if you melted?"
Love this kid
